1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using All Media Downloader ("the Service", "we", "our", or "us"), including our website at allmediadownloader.com and the associated iOS Shortcut, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides an iOS Shortcut and supporting infrastructure that allows users to download publicly available media from social platforms. Access to the download service requires a valid API key obtained through an active subscription.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by signing in with Google or GitHub. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. You must not share your API key with others.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • The Service offers paid subscription plans (Monthly and Yearly) processed through Polar.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you believe you are owed a refund.

5. API Key Usage

  • Each user is limited to one active API key at a time.
  • API keys are for personal use only and must not be shared, redistributed, or used in third-party applications without our written consent.
  • We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are found to be abused or in violation of these terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to download copyrighted content without authorization from the rights holder.
  • Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the service infrastructure.
  • Circumvent rate limits or other technical restrictions.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the Service.

7. Content Responsibility

All Media Downloader is a tool that facilitates downloading publicly available media. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to download and use any content obtained through our service. The Service does not host, store, or distribute any media content.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Media Downloader and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
